This is another proof , if people start a driving school out of pure monetary interest and thus commit fraud, here should actually be stricter rules to start a traffic school. Thinking of a minimum working experience of 10 years as a driving instructor ( at a well known driving school at the CBR ) and a good behavior certificate from the municipality with minimum € 45.000,- own starting capital as also a own space and office ( for mandatory theory lessons and reception of candidates ).
It is preposterous that rogue people can just start a driving school like that and damage the market considerably by such actions. This does not benefit knowledge transfer or road safety.
Also, the punishment is far too light: the judge should have simply dissolved the driving school and imposed a ban on performing as a driving school owner and as a driving instructor. Tell me honestly: what is €750 for these instructors when they may have pocketed thousands and thus also disrupted the overall social purpose.
