Fill out CBR health statement
Health Statement
It is important that drivers do not have health problems that can cause danger on the road.
If you want to get your driver’s license, this is why you should:
- taking theoretical exam(s)
- take practical exam(s)
- fill out a health statement
- perhaps undergo a medical examination
Because it’s important to be healthy enough to participate in traffic. For yourself and other road users.
You can see the questions you need to answer at the CBR.
Required for all driver’s licenses except AM
The health certificate is required for driver’s licenses
- engine (A)
- passenger car (B)
- trailer behind passenger car (BE)
- light truck or camper (C1) and its trailer license(C1E)
- truck (C) and truck with trailer (CE)
- bus (D) and bus with trailer (DE)
- tractor (T)
Only the scooter (AM) and the moped (AM4) do not require a health certificate.
Sometimes a medical examination as well
The CBR uses the health certificate to determine whether an additional medical examination is required. This is the case, for example, if you are 75-plus.
If you have to answer “yes” to any of the questions, then we have to wait for approval from the CBR before we can request an exam.
Professional drivers must always have a medical examination.
Fill in yourself
You fill out a health statement yourself, because it involves your personal information and it is confidential.
You fill out and pay for the certificate via: my.cbr.nl
The health statement is not free.
